When a country is blessed with countless riches, is it worth the sacrifice of its own children to grasp for the money?

...Sierra Leone. As young teenagers, ENO and OBI are the best of friends, but they are kidnapped by a rebel guerrilla group and initiated and brutalized into becoming vicious child soldiers. OBI becomes a killer, but ENO grieves for all the lives that are lost. During a village raid, ENO encounters RANDA, a girl from his past. Realizing that a better future, beyond the life of the guerilla army awaits them, ENO escapes, taking RANDA with him. As they flee for the safety of a UN refugee camp, OBI is sent out to track down and kill his old friend...
